金秋时节，共启新程。10月16日下午，国家电力投资集团旗下上海启源芯动力与英杰新能源首批兆瓦电堆交付暨德阳重卡电池智能制造基地签约仪式，在四川英杰新能源有限公司隆重举行。德阳市委书记刘光强，市委常委、秘书长、市直机关工委书记苏刚，市委常委、常务副市长、天府数谷党工委书记李江波，市人大常委会副主任、德阳经开区党工委书记冯军，省经信厅二级巡视员蒋伟等省市领导，启源芯动力副总经理栓柱及相关领导，英杰电气董事长王军、总经理周英怀，以及合作企业代表等出席本次活动，一起见证这一技术突破与战略升级的里程碑时刻。

In this golden autumn season, a new chapter begins. On the afternoon of October 16, the delivery ceremony for the first batch of megawatt charging stacks jointly developed by Shanghai Qiyuan Green Power Technology, a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), and INJET New Energy, together with the signing ceremony for the Deyang Heavy-Duty Truck Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Base, was grandly held at Sichuan INJET New Energy Co., Ltd.

Attending the event were Liu Guangqiang, Secretary of the Deyang Municipal Party Committee; Su Gang, Member of the Standing Committee and Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Organs Working Committee; Li Jiangbo, Member of the Standing Committee, Executive Deputy Mayor, and Secretary of the Tianfu Digital Valley Party Working Committee; Feng Jun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Deyang Municipal People’s Congress and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Deyang Economic Development Zone; and Jiang Wei, Second-level Inspector of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.

Also present were Shuan Zhu, Deputy General Manager of Qiyuan Green Power Technology, along with other executives, Wang Jun, Chairman of INJET Electric, Zhou Yinghuai, General Manager of INJET Electric, and representatives from partner enterprises. 德阳市人大常委会副主任、经开区党工委书记冯军指出，英杰兆瓦闪充电堆交付，标志德阳超快充技术突破；全省首个重卡电池智造基地启动，将填补集成制造空白，有力促进“源网荷储”全产业链发展。

Feng Jun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Deyang Municipal People’s Congress and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, stated that the launch of INJET’s megawatt ultra-fast charging stack signifies a breakthrough in Deyang’s fast-charging technology. The establishment of the province’s first heavy-truck battery intelligent manufacturing base will fill a key gap in integrated manufacturing and further promote the full “generation-grid-load-storage” industry chain.

Shuan Zhu, Deputy General Manager of Qiyuan Green Power Technology, emphasized that as SPIC’s green transportation energy platform, it will leverage its application scenarios to integrate deeply with INJET New Energy and accelerate the large-scale implementation of megawatt ultra-fast charging technology in long-haul logistics.

Wang Zhiyu, Party Secretary of Sichuan Intelligent Construction Technology Co., Ltd. under Shudao Group, reviewed the successful cooperation with INJET New Energy in addressing power supply challenges during construction. Looking ahead, he noted that the partnership will further expand into new areas such as battery swapping for electric heavy trucks and zero-carbon service area projects.
