四川首例!英杰新能源助力郎川高速打造绿色基建新样本

近日,郎川高速公路创新引入“光储柴”微电网系统,这是川内首次将“智能能量管理+增程式供能+大功率离网适配”三项技术融合应用于高原高速施工场景的微电网系统。由英杰新能源提供的增程式储能供能箱,犹如一个“大型移动充电宝”,为攻克高原施工供电难题提供了关键支撑。


Recently, the Langchuan Expressway has innovatively introduced an integrated "PV-Storage-Diesel" microgrid system. This marks the first time in Sichuan that the technologies of intelligent energy management, range-extended power supply, and high-power off-grid adaptation have been integrated into a microgrid system for plateau highway construction. INJET New Energy’s range-extended energy storage cabinet played the key role of a “large mobile power bank,” effectively solving the long-standing power supply challenge in plateau construction.


郎川高速建设沿线平均海拔达3500米,地处若尔盖生态保护区,传统电网覆盖困难,供电问题一度成为工程推进的主要瓶颈。英杰新能源积极配合客户能源方案,为其量身打造了具备高适应性、可灵活迁移的增程式储能供能箱。该设备实现光储柴充一体化高度集成,具备“即插即用、随工迁移”的优势。有效支撑了施工现场动态变化的用电需求,在复杂、脆弱生态环境下展现出高可靠性与高环保性。


The Langchuan Expressway runs through an average altitude of 3,500 meters in the Zoige Ecological Protection Zone, where traditional grid coverage is extremely difficult. Power supply once became the main bottleneck for project progress. INJET New Energy worked closely with customer to design a customized, highly adaptable, and mobile range-extended energy storage solution. The system integrates solar, storage, and diesel charging in a compact unit, featuring “plug-and-play” capability and flexible relocation. It reliably meets the dynamic power demands of construction sites while proving practical and highly dependable in complex environments.


在整个微电网系统中,增程式储能供能箱承担能量调节与后备供电功能,协同构建起“光伏优先、储能调节、柴油兜底”的多能互补运行模式。不仅有效提升了用电稳定性,降低了对传统柴油发电的依赖,减少污染,还借助动态扩容、谷电峰用等策略,进一步实现“降本、减碳、保供”的综合目标,推动生态、经济与社会效益的有机统一。


Within the overall microgrid, the range-extended storage unit serves as both energy regulator and backup power supply, forming a multi-energy operation model of “solar first, storage adjustment, diesel as fallback.” This significantly enhances power stability, reduces reliance on conventional diesel generation, and supports cost reduction and carbon reduction through dynamic capacity expansion and peak-valley electricity shifting, and balance and harmoniously integrate ecological, economic, and social benefits.
