什么是新型储能?

What is New Energy Storage? 


储能分为传统储能和新型储能。传统储能的主要代表是抽水蓄能,新型储能是除了抽水蓄能以外的储能技术,包括新型锂离子电池、液流电池、飞轮储能等,具有建设周期短、选址简单灵活、调节能力强的特点。

Energy storage can be classified into traditional and new energy storage. Traditional energy storage mainly refers to pumped hydro storage, while new energy storage includes technologies such as advanced lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, and flywheel storage. These new technologies offer advantages like shorter construction cycles, flexible site selection, and strong regulation capabilities. 


相比传统储能,新型储能的优势更能快速应对电力系统需求变化,为构建新型电力系统提供有力支持。

Compared to traditional storage, new energy storage technologies respond more quickly to changes in power system demands, making them essential for building modern energy systems.



挑战与机遇:驶入发展快车道

从构建新型能源体系的“压舱石”到“强引擎”,新型储能正以蓬勃之势驶入发展快车道。据国家能源局公布数据,截至2024年底,装机规模首次突破了7000万千瓦的大关。储能容量为1.68亿千瓦时,这一数字约为“十三五”末的20倍,较2023年底增长超过130%。

New energy storage is experiencing rapid growth, evolving from a foundational energy system component to a key driver of development. According to data from the National Energy Administration, by the end of 2024, the installed capacity surpassed 70 million kW, with a storage capacity of 168 million kWh—20 times the level at the end of China’s 13th Five-Year Plan and over 130% higher than in 2023.  



这一领域的持续发展得益于国家不断完善相关政策体系。目前已累计发布2200余项储能政策,仅2024年,新增发布储能政策接近500项,在顶层设计、行业规范、鼓励配储、参与电力市场等方面大力推动相关产业发展。

This progress is largely due to continuous policy support. Over 2,200 policies related to energy storage have been introduced, with nearly 500 new policies in 2024 alone, driving industry growth in areas like market participation and regulatory frameworks. 



技术突破的驱动同样成为关键,储能技术如今已从主要依赖锂离子电池发展为压缩空气储能、液流电池、固态/半固态电池等在内的多元技术共存。随着新型储能技术的进步和成本的降低,市场将迎来更大的发展机遇。

Technological advancements are also a key factor. While lithium-ion batteries remain dominant, compressed air energy storage, flow batteries, and solid-state batteries are emerging as viable alternatives. As costs decrease and technology improves, the market is expected to expand further.



尽管伴随着日益激烈的竞争、安全与可靠性风险等挑战,新型储能行业在大环境的支持与需求推动下,不断探索对策,加速驶向高质量发展的蓝海。

Despite increasing competition and challenges related to safety and reliability, the industry continues to explore solutions, moving toward high-quality development.  




政策加码:绘制产业新蓝图

Policy Support: Shaping the Future


今年2月,工业和信息化部等八部门联合发布了《新型储能制造业高质量发展行动方案》,为新型储能产业的当前发展阶段绘制“施工图”。提及的六大专项行动中,示范应用场景拓展行动特别指明了用户侧储能多元化应用的发展方向。

In February 2024, China’s Ministry of Industry, and Information Technology, along with seven other departments, released an action plan to promote high-quality development in energy storage manufacturing. Among its six key initiatives, the plan emphasizes expanding application scenarios for user-side storage. 


《方案》提到,面向数据中心、智算中心、通信基站、工业园区、工商业企业、公路服务区等对供电可靠性、电能质量要求高和用电量大的用户,推动配置新型储能。

The plan encourages deploying new energy storage systems in data centers, AI computing centers, telecom base stations, industrial parks, commercial enterprises, and highway service areas—where power reliability and quality are crucial.



储能业务属于英杰新能源的重要业务板块,目前产品已广泛应用于工厂、高速服务区等多种场景,并根据场地特点升级工商业储能柜容量,利用峰谷价差套利模式有效调节电力供需平衡。

Energy storage is a key business area for INJET New Energy, with products already widely used in factories and highway service areas. The company has adapted its commercial and industrial storage solutions to optimize energy arbitrage based on peak and off-peak pricing differences.

此外,《方案》特别强调了建设“光储充换检”综合性充换电站的重要性,突出新型储能在车网互动等新模式中的关键支撑作用。

Additionally, the plan highlights the importance of developing integrated "solar-storage-charging-swapping-inspection" stations, where new energy storage plays a critical role in vehicle-grid interaction.



“光储充换检”是光储充一体化站的扩展形式,在原有基础上增加了新能源汽车电池检测和换电功能。确保了供电的稳定性的同时,提升用户的电池使用体验,还能使用户在电费低时充电,高时放电赚取差价。

This concept extends traditional solar-storage-charging stations by adding battery testing and swapping functions for EVs. It enhances power stability, improves battery usage efficiency, and allows users to charge at lower rates and discharge at higher rates for financial benefits.


英杰新能源积极推进光储充一体化综合能源站的建设,并于2023年被列为世界清洁能源装备大会的示范站。经过2024年的升级改造,未来将结合新型能源系统的多样化需求,灵活配置更多功能组合。

 INJET New Energy has actively developed integrated solar-storage-charging stations. In 2023, its project was recognized as a demonstration site at the World Clean Energy Equipment Conference. After upgrades in 2024, INJET plans to incorporate more flexible configurations to meet the diverse needs of modern energy systems.



前景可期:迈向规模化发展

政策东风吹,行业发展迎新机。四川省发改委近日发布《关于进一步完善新型储能价格机制的通知》,明确对用户侧储能项目投运“减负”,为产业注入强劲动能。

With strong policy backing, the industry is entering a new phase of development. Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on improving the pricing mechanism for new energy storage, reducing operational costs for user-side storage projects, and further boosting industry momentum. 


2025年作为新能源发展的关键节点,在政策支持与技术创新等利好驱动下,新型储能有望实现从商业化初期向规模化发展的阶段性跨越。新格局在前,英杰新能源已蓄势待发,预备在储能赛道上谱写创新篇章。
